Brandis Meeks has passion for working with minority youth and a general love for people. He is a former licensed realtor for Keller Williams Downtown with 8 years tenure specializing in rentals, renovations, and investor representation; as well as Principal Partner for Colorado’s Home Buyers.

Brandis transitioned from that successful brokerage practice - without hesitation - to start Urban Land Acquisitions llc and hasn’t looked back since! New development is Brandis’ passion and he works hard to stay a part of the fast-paced growth of Denver. Urban Land Acquisitions is a Real Estate Investment Firm that specializes in purchasing land, residential & commercial properties.

Urban Land Acquisitions has closed over 30 Million dollars in real estate deals. As one of the Founders of Urban Land Acquisitions, Brandis is able to live out his dreams of being part of the smart growth of our city.  Creating unique infill developments is Brandis’ passion.
